He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Connie; his son Dan (Victoria); and his grandchildren, Mason and Everett.

Roger lived in Black Diamond and area for 47 years, where he owned and operated Phillips Excavating and Backhoe Service and was a respected member of the community.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the FLARE ‘N DERRICK COMMUNITY HALL - 131 Main Street NE, Diamond Valley, AB on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 1:00 P.M.

Roger will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
