Pitaa Poo Taaki "Eagle Flying Woman". It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beautiful daughter, mother, sister, niece and aunt, JASMINE LEE ROSE VIELLE. The Lord took our Princess on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the Chinook Regional Hospital at the age of 25 years. Jasmine was born on April 24, 1991 in Cardston, Alberta. She is survived by her husband, Paul and her daughter, Tiara.

JOHN VIGH, passed away at home on Friday, October 7th, 2016 at the age of 81 years. At John's request, no formal funeral service will be held.

MARY (EVANS) VILLEBRUN of Lethbridge AB, passed away at home on Saturday December 12, 2015 at the age of 81 years. She is the loving mother of Marie (Villebrun) MacDonald of Ft. Smith NWT, Joanne (Villebrun) Merrick of Lethbridge, AB, Angela (Villebrun) and John Gleason of Lethbridge, AB, Sandra (Villebrun) and Randy Nystrom of Bucerias, Mexico, 13 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sister Joan Krannick of Bournemouth, England, nephews, Ian, Shaun and families in England.

ETTA IRENE VINSON passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge on Monday June 8, 2015 at the age of 86. Etta was born May 3, 1929 in Weyburn Saskatchewan, the only child of Ernest and Caroline (Wenz) McPherson. The McPherson family lived in Saskatoon before moving to Calgary in the early 1940's. Ernest passed away unexpectedly in 1942, leaving his widow Carrie and young daughter Etta with the daunting task of completing the construction of the family's home.

A very long life on this earth has come to an end as the family of Violette Boyden sadly announce her passing on Monday, March 16, 2009. She is survived by seven children, Keith(Ina) Lethbridge, Brian (Hughena) Halifax, Daryl (Terry) Sherwood Park, Myrna Horak Calgary, Gary (Eileen) Creston, BC, Neil (Kymn Goslin) Stratford, PEI, Nadine Chandler (Don) Lethbridge, son in law Pat Sherman (Theresa) Kamloops, BC. as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

ROBERT JAKE VIPOND of Lethbridge, AB, passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the age of 76 years. He is lovingly remembered by his nephews, Anthony and Lawrence Vipond. Robert was predeceased by his parents, Ann and Robert Vipond and his brother, Lawrence Vipond. Robert was born on July 4, 1942 in Chaplin, Sask. and lived for a time in Shaunavon.

Peacefully on October 10, 2015, after visiting with her son Peter, grandson Pascal and his wife Renai, MARGARET ELIZABETH VISENTIN NEE MCDONALD passed away. Her last years had been challenged by Alzheimer's and gradually failing health. During this time, Margaret received extraordinary care from the staff of Legacy Lodge, Lethbridge. Her family was comforted each and every day to know that she was surrounded by such loving professional support in her last years.

MR. RONALD (RON) DOUGLAS VISSER, special friend of Lori Albert passed away suddenly in Elk Valley BC on Tuesday February 9, 2010 at the age of 49 years. Ron is survived by his children Chris Visser and Amanda Robinson of Lethbridge. He is also survived by one grandchild; Cyris Visser of Lethbridge, his father Henry Visser of Lethbridge; two sisters; Rochelle Taylor (Randy) of Calgary and Tania Visser (Mark) of Lethbridge.

VLADIMIR (VLAD) SANTAVY, of Raymond passed away at home, on Monday, October 12, 2009 at the age of 71 years. Vladimir was predeceased by his parents, Martin and Mary Santavy. He is survived by his sisters, Sidonia (John) Liska of Raymond and Lydia (Earl Musgrave) of Ottawa; his nephew Jason Anderson of Victoria, B.C.; and his niece Alissa Liska of Edmonton. Vladimir grew up and obtained his education in Raymond and was an excellent farmer.

JOHANNA MARIA VONK, beloved wife of the late Antonious “Tony” Vonk, of Lethbridge, passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the age of 73 years. She is the loving mother of Willie and Jamie (Michelle) of Lethbridge; as well as six grandchildren Elizabeth and Allison Vonk, Matthew, Blake and Mason Gourley and Jillian Vonk. She is also survived by one brother Michel Bosch, three sisters Sophie Bosch, Annie Van Deelen, and Martha (Gerard) Peters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
