LEO JOSEPH SOUCIE, of Fort Nelson, BC, beloved husband of Shannon Soucie (nee Dolan) passed away tragically in a boating accident on the Liard River in northern BC, on Monday, May 2, 2016 at the age of 64 years. Along with his wife Shannon, he is lovingly remembered by his 3 children and their families; Alaina (Ryan DeGrazio and their children Simone and Carys) of North Vancouver, BC, Laurisa (Colin Cripps and their children, Cale and Kenna) of Grande Prairie, AB, and Devin (Cathleen Soucie and their children, Teah, Liam and Eric) of Fort Nelson.

MARY (DOROTHY) SPADY, went to be with her Lord April 21, 2011 at the age of 98. Dorothy was born in Harriston, Ontario on October 4, 1912 where she resided until 1947. She then came by train to a little place called Wetaskwin where she met the love of her life Louis who she married on May 1, 1948. Her first love was to serve Jesus at this little orphanage in Wetaskwin and after marrying Louis they went into full time ministry with Canadian Sunday School Missions for 7 years.

MRS. ANNA SPIEGELBERG, of Lethbridge, passed away at home, on Monday, October 29th, 2012 at the age of 80 years. Anna is survived by son Martin (Sam) Spiegelberg and granddaughter Mackinley, sisters Mary (Gordon) Wilson and Eva Preikschas, brother Fred (Verna) Preikschas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband Horst Spiegelberg, parents Georg and Mary Preikschas, sister Edith (Preikschas) Lesch, brothers Henry, Jacob, Georg and Martin Preikschas.

BARBARA ANN SPIESS passed away in Lethbridge on Monday March 13, 2017 at the age of 75 years. She is survived by Larry, her loving husband of 53 years and their five sons; David (fianc?e Deena D'Souza) and his children Rachel (fianc? With deep sorrow, we announce that MRS. AGANETHA (NETA) SPITZER (Nee Olfert) has gone to join her loved ones with Christ. Neta passed from this world with family at her side on April 10, 2013 at the age of 83 after a valiant effort for life. Though she faced many health challenges in her last few years, the spark of life still glimmered and shone periodically in her sense of humor and rare laughter.

FRED SPOTTED BULL, a wonderful loving husband, caring father and grandfather passed away at the age of 61 on January 11, 2011. Fred was born on the Blood Reserve September 29, 1949. Fred received his Education from St. Paul’s Residential School and Fort Macleod Public School. At an early age his father taught him the value of work, which he passed on to his children. He held numerous jobs throughout his life.

SHEILA MAE SPRINKLE, beloved wife of the late Earl Sprinkle of Lethbridge passed away at St. Michaels Health Center - Palliative Care Unit on January 3, 2016 at the age of 80 years. She was the loving mother of Tom (Sandra) Sprinkle of Wabamum AB, Darrell (Linda) Sprinkle of Lethbridge, Debbie Sprinkle of Medicine Hat, and grandmother of Nathan Sprinkle , Alisha (Jessen) Collingridge of Stoney Plain AB, Natasha Sprinkle (& son Jaydon) of Spruce Grove, Jaimee Sprinkle and Jordan (Amy) Petherbridge (& daughter Lilly) of Lethbridge AB.

HEATHER JANE SQUIRES, beloved wife of Charles Squires, passed away at her home in Lethbridge on Saturday, August 1st, 2015 at the age of 55 years. A Service of Remembrance will be held at the KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, 1510 - Stafford Drive North, Lethbridge on Saturday, August 8th, 2015 at 2:00 P.M., with Doug Macaulay presiding.

ESTHER (ELLA) ELSE STABNER, passed away at St. Michael's Palliative Care Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta on September 30, 2013 at the age of 92 years. She was born on June 19, 1921 in Grahamdale, Manitoba to Gustaf and Louise Sommerfeld. Ella grew up in Grahamdale, with two brothers and two sisters and had a hard life with her mother passing away when she was only 13. She married Charlie in 1939 and they moved to Winnipeg from the farm and were there until 1987 when they moved to Lethbridge, Alberta to be closer to family.

MR. JOSEPH STANLEY FILGAS, beloved husband of Mrs. Yvonne Filgas, passed away peacefully with his family at his side at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on Saturday, October 13th, 2007 at the age of 82 years. Besides his loving wife Yvonne, he will be forever sadly missed by his daughter Susan (Adrian) Landtwing of Baar, Switzerland, son Rod (Tami) Filgas of Calgary and his adored grandson Zack of Calgary. He is also survived by his siblings Kay, Marlene, Elaine, Walter and Tom.
