SHIRE After many years of failing health, EVELYN MARGARET SHIRE passed away peacefully at Edith Cavell Care Centre, in her 92nd year. Evelyn was born in Lomond, AB as the fourth daughter and seventh child of Max and Elizabeth Orchard. As the Orchard family grew, Evelyn could boast of being one of 12 children. Besides her parents, Evelyn was predeceased by all eleven siblings: Julia McAlister, Michael Orchard, Lawrence Orchard, Angeline (Crawford) Bough, James Orchard, Gertrude as a child of ten years, Lucille as a child of five years, Catherine Chapman, Howard Orchard, Donald Orchard and Eileen Orchard.

SHIREEN “SHERRY” BROWN, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully with her family at her side, at St. Therese Villa, Lethbridge, AB., on March 28, 2013 at the age of 76 years. Sherry dedicated her life to creating a loving home for her 6 children; Dan (Deb) Grady of Exshaw, AB, Colleen Grady of Lethbridge, AB, Brian (Joi) Grady of Arlington, TX, Kevin (Marj) Grady of Edmonton, AB, Kathleen (Mike) Seeley of Salmon Arm, BC, Jennifer (Carl) Dueck of Lethbridge, AB; 13 grandchildren which gave her great pride: Darby, Kai, Zenia, Casey, Nicole, Karson, Reid, Kennedy, Chelsea, Payton, Kevin, Sara and Erin and her beloved dog Maggie She was predeceased by her mother Margaret A Brown and father Dr.

BYE-SINGH It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of SHIRLEY BYE-SINGH following a short battle with cancer. Left to mourn her passing are her husband Amar, her daughters Jodi and Amber, her brother Cecil Bye, her sisters Grace Gillett (Joe), Carol Zittlau (Kurt) and June Haiste (Clifford), and brother-in-law Col. Maninder Singh. Shirley was predeceased by her parents Earl and Edna Bye, sisters Emma and Esther, brother George, mother-in-law Manjit, and sister-in-law Kanwal.

MRS. SHIRLEY E. SMITH, beloved wife of 21 years to Mr. M. Douglas Smith, of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre - Palliative Care Unit, on Tuesday, November 25th, 2014 at the age of 73 years. Besides her loving husband, she is survived by three children, Juigaidie (Kathy) Cayenne of Lethbridge, Lori Cayenne of Lethbridge and Denver (Sheila) Cayenne of Claresholm; three grandchildren Jeffery, Jordan and Matthew Cayenne.

SHIRLEY THERESA ROUSSEAU passed away at St. Michael’s Palliative Care on Sunday, September 9, 2007 at the age of 74 years. She is survived by her children; Valerie Dick (Poole) of Port Colborne, Ontario, Brenda Poole of Nova Scotia, Ron Poole of Lethbridge, Debbie Funstin (Fisher) of St. Thomas, Ontario, Patricia Sommerville (Fisher) of St. Thomas, Ontario, Michael Fisher of Lethbridge, Charlene Fisher of Toronto, Ontario and Karen Rousseau of Sarnia, Ontario, 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

It is with great sadness that we share the news that PAUL WILLIAM SHMYGOL passed away after a hard- fought battle with cancer with his family by his side. Paul is survived by his siblings Dilene Sorochan ( Don) , Merrill Gilraine (Wayne), Brenley Ogden (Karl) and Mark Shmygol (Carol) and his nieces and nephews - Thomas, Karmen, David, Lindsey, Scout and Billy and great nephew Wells and great niece Megan.

SIEGMUND FIEDLER, of Lethbridge, AB, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the age of 72 years. Siegmund is survived by his siblings; Lydia (Alfred) Betke of Coaldale, and their children, Evelyn, Dave and Rose (Stephan) Sharko as well as Trudy (Dick) Krueger and their children Danny (Tanya) and Michael (Janice). Uncle Siegmund will also be fondly remembered by Cadence, Taya, Jayda and Tyson Krueger.

MR. FRANK SIFRER, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Antonia Sifrer of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully in the company of his family on Friday, March 26, 2010 at the age of 87 years after a short illness. Frank is survived by loving children; Maria of Kelowna, Frank (Kiomara) of Lethbridge, Margaret (Jeff) of Calgary, Irene (Russ) of Calgary, Andy (Sherry) of Calgary; grandchildren Tara (Adam) of The Hague, Netherlands, Kristen and Carla of Calgary, Jessica and Jennifer of Lethbridge; great grandchild Kali of Calgary and relatives in Lethbridge, Strathmore, Kranj, Slovenia and Clevland, Ohio.

MERLA LOU SIGURDSON, of Raymond, AB, passed away at The Good Samaritan Society Prairie Ridge, on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at the age of 77 years. No formal funeral service at Merla's request.

SIGURJON STEPHEN ANDERSON passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at the age of 77 years. A Celebration of Si’s Life will be held at the CARMANGAY COMMUNITY CENTRE, Grand Avenue and Whyte Street (formerly the school), Carmangay on Saturday June 20, 2009 at 1:00 P.M.
