It is with great sadness that the family of DOUG LEWICKI announces the passing of their beloved husband, father and grandfather. Doug was born in Edmonton, AB on May 9, 1942 and two days later moved to Tako, SK with his family, followed by Unity, SK. He began the chartered accountant class while in Kindersley, SK later switching to the hospital field. He was married to his wife, Gail, just shy of 52 years.

KENNETH LYLE, beloved husband of the late Pauline Lyle, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, June 30, 2017 at the age of 93 years. PETER LYSAK, beloved husband of Betty Lysak, passed away in Lethbridge on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the age of 87 years. Along with his wife, he is lovingly remembered by his children, David (Debi), Michael, Richard, Kelly (Argil) and Kenneth (Sharla), 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Also left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Helen Lysak and Sophie (Ezio) Gardin as well as many nieces and nephews. Hendrik "Henk" Leusink, beloved husband of Doreen Leusink, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the age of 73. Henk was born on June 13, 1944 in tHarde, Netherlands. He moved to Canada with his family in 1955 and settled in Iron Springs. He worked with his family on the farm and raised his family there until he and Doreen moved to Lethbridge in 2016.

DARRELL STUART LENDRUM passed away at the age of 49, in the mountains that he called home. Darrell is survived by his children Cassidy Lendrum and Tynan Lendrum, whom he loved to his last breath. MRS. BELLA LAMB, of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. George Lamb, passed away peacefully at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on Sunday, April 2th, 2017 at the age of 107 years. She is survived by her son Henry; her beloved grandchildren Scott (Tara) Sleightholm, Shonna Lamb and Kyle Lamb; and her great-grandsons Ethan, Gage, Nolan, Ronin and Aidan. Bella was a kind and gentle soul who made an impact on all those lucky enough to have her touch their lives.

PHYLLIS MARIE LEONG, of Lethbridge, beloved spouse of the late Dr. Saw Taik Leong, passed away peacefully at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on Sunday, March 12th, 2017 at the age of 84 years. Left to cherish Phyllis' memory are her children Richard and Rosemarie, as well as her grandson Luke. Besides her husband Saw, Phyllis was predeceased by her parents William Sydney and Edith Marie Evans, as well as her sister Valerie Jane Evans.

CAROL ANN LEAVITT, beloved wife of Darryl Leavitt, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully with her family at her side, on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the age of 72 years. Besides her loving husband, Darryl, Carol is survived by her daughter Lori (Mike) Waldner, daughter-in-law Charlotte, seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and brother Ron (Bobbie) Swinney of Shawingan Lake, BC. Mom was predeceased by her mother Vera Young, stepfather William "Bill" Young, son Kelly and son Wade.

DR. JAMES "JIM" LAURENCE LAYNG, beloved husband of Dora Penner-Layng, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Saturday, December 24th, 2016 at the age of 86 years. He is the loving father of Jonathan (Coro) of Sechelt, B.C., Simon (Diane) and their children Tyler (Nicole) and Dorran of Lethbridge, Sarah (Russ) and Ryan of Edmonton as well as two great-grandchildren, three stepchildren and four step grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Rachel and son Richard.
